Mr. Yessaillian has over 35 years of experience in the utility and various U.S. industries. He has experience in the following positions: QA Manager, Outage Coordinator, Plant Construction Group Leader, Senior Startup Engineer Fossil Plants, Project Lead QA Engineer for nuclear projects, Loss Prevention Engineer, and Authorized Inspector (National Board and State) for the insurance industry.

Mr. Yessaillian has been EPM's Quality Assurance Manager since 1994. He conducts audits of EPM procedures and prepares revisions as necessary to EPM’s Quality Assurance Program to ensure that all EPM projects meet the highest standards of quality. He is knowledgeable in the assessment of QA programs for nuclear as well as fossil projects. He has conducted audits at vendor sites and has been an audit team member to ASME "N" Stamp certifications. Mr. Yessaillian holds the following licenses: Lead Auditor - Nuclear Quality Assurance, Licensed Construction Supervisor, and Commissioned National Board Inspector.
