QUALITY ASSURANCE

EPM's quality management system, which includes Quality Assurance, is committed to:

  • Demonstrate EPM's ability to consistently provide products and services that meet client and regulatory requirements, and
  • Establish procedural controls that aim to enhance customer satisfaction and provide continual improvement to ensure conformity to client and applicable regulatory requirements.

To achieve this goal, EPM utilizes its QA Manual and QA Procedures, which comply with applicable requirements of 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1-2004 including NQA-1a-2007 Addenda, and ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2000 American National Standards. Also, evaluation of EPM's QA Manual against the National Standard of Canada indicated compliance with applicable requirements of CAN3-N286.2-86, Design Quality Assurance for Nuclear Power Plants.

EPM's quality management system is designed to ensure that the job is done right the first time. Re-work costs money and causes waste. A good Quality Management System is Good Business.
