Mr. Larson provides corporate direction for EPM's Engineering Services Division and Strategic Technology Group. He is also an active, practicing consultant on EPM's largest and most complex projects. Mr. Larson has over 30 years of engineering, management, and information technology experience in the nuclear industry, with a strong background in licensing and regulatory compliance. Under his direction, EPM has grown into a leading consulting company in the nuclear power industry.

Mr. Larson is also an expert in the evaluation of organizational work flow activities. He has been involved in major consulting studies looking at the effective implementation of coordinated work processes. He has also directed the development, testing, and documentation of engineering software for safety analysis and configuration control of nuclear generating facilities. He leads many of EPM's on-going development projects in the area of integrated information systems to ensure that EPM's knowledge base and tools remain state-of-the-art.
