Eric Olson

Eric Olson serves as Chief Executive Officer of EPM, an ONET company. He brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across the nuclear, energy, utilities, telecommunications, and industrial sectors. Throughout his career, he has led strategic growth initiatives, expanded operations into new markets, and built high-performing teams supporting critical infrastructure and advanced engineering programs.

Mr. Olson has extensive experience developing long-term partnerships with utilities, energy OEM companies, and infrastructure operators, helping organizations modernize systems, improve operational performance, and navigate evolving regulatory environments. As CEO, he is focused on expanding EPM’s role in supporting the global growth of safe, reliable, and sustainable nuclear energy by investing in local technical expertise while leveraging ONET’s global reach and depth of services.

Prior to joining EPM, Mr. Olson held several leadership roles and served on company and industry boards. He began his career in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer.
