Vice President, Head of Sales

In partnership with ONET, we are expanding our capabilities and delivering more integrated, high-value solutions to the market at a time of significant industry growth. To facilitate this growth, EPM is looking for a Vice President, Head of Sales. This position will report to the CEO and will play a critical part in expanding EPMs presence in the utilities market to drive the next phase of growth at EPM. This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader with both technical depth and commercial experience in the nuclear and utility industries. The right candidate will partner closely with our business unit leaders and account teams to scale our pipeline and accelerate growth across our software and engineering service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute EPM’s sales strategy across the U.S. market
- Partner with business unit leaders and account managers to identify, shape, and close opportunities
- Drive pipeline growth with a focus on software solutions and engineering services
- Strengthen relationships with utilities, energy companies, and strategic partners
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales organization over time
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in the nuclear and/or utility industries
- Technical background (engineering or related field strongly preferred)
- Proven track record in sales leadership and business development
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
- Experience selling complex solutions, including software and/or engineering services

- United States (Boston, MA or Raleigh, NC preferred, but not required)
