Peter McKnight

Mr. Peter McKnight has over 35 years of experience as a proven Process Safety Management (PSM) program expert with full implementation/auditing, PHA Leader, and Dust Hazard Management experience.

Mr. McKnight has engaged in extensive high hazard chemical management and process safety consulting throughout his career both domestically and internationally. He has worked in the traditional and specialty chemical manufacturing, pharmeceutical and petroleum refining industries. Mr. McKnight is a proven and experienced PSM compliance expert, program manager, and successful team builder, with significant experience in strategic planning, first-of-a-kind process concept design development, and integration/leadership support. He has a vibrant dedication to customer success; scientific and technological excellence; high quality products, services and deliverables; and on-time and on-budget project and program management.

Ron Melucci

Mr. Ronald Melucci is a Senior Technical Manager at EPM, Inc. In addition to his process safety experience, he has over 25 years ofindustrial/high hazard fire protection engineering and consulting experience. He leads EPM’s Chemical Process Safety Group and his expertise in process safety and fire protection allows an integrated approach with alternative risk mitigation and control strategies to provide optimized solutions.

Dalia Davila

Ms. Davila is a Senior Staff Engineer at Engineering Planning and Management. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell where she obtained a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. She currently works with the Chemical Process Safety Group as well as the Safety and Systems Analysis division at EPM. She has worked on various Process Hazard Analysis projects as a scribe as well as a lead for various industries including gas transmission, nuclear, and polymers. Additionally, she has acquired knowledge of other Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP) principles through her work at EPM.
