Design Basis Support - EPM, Inc.

EPM has provided design basis support and reconstitution services related to various regulatory requirements at numerous nuclear plants in the United States and Canada. EPM prepares Design Basis Documents (DBD) that result in an efficient information system that encompasses program and system regulatory compliance issues by providing a detailed guide to the relevant program documents. A typical DBD is comprised of a consolidated document that includes the relevant system, component and program information.  The contents of the DBD accurately describe the plant’s design and compliance with the plant design and licensing basis.  EPM supports design basis initiative projects with strategies to improve the overall management and control of the facility’s design basis.
